Requirements for a valid return
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it as long as your item meets its original conditions and the following criteria:
- It is within THREE DAYS from the delivery date.
- The item is in its NEW conditions.
- The item is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.). Branded electronics and media items (Books, DVDs, Software, Video Games) must be unopened with seals intact.
- If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
- It is not part of the list of exceptions (see below).
How to return
- Contact Yubeyi Online Ltd Customer Service team by calling 0788259975 or by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a pick-up. Please be ready to answer some questions like order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason and your preference in regards to replacement of the item.
- We will arrange for retrieval or, in case we do not serve your area directly, we will give you the necessary details to send the item back to us easily.
- Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If a return is invalid, we will notify you and send the items back to you.
- After this check, we will proceed with the refund.
Note that we cannot accept returns for defective items after 3 days since delivery. Should you detect any defect with the product and the time frame for returns has elapsed, please contact the manufacturer directly to handle any warranty issues. You can of course still contact us to help you find the right service center.
The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return. In order to make the process as fast as possible, we will refund you via a voucher that can be used only on our website. This voucher is valid for three months only.
